All I Want For Christmas

Not a Mariah Carey fan in general, but the song was so fitting. Why is YouTube always blurry? Low resolution, I guess. The movie on my computer is crisp and beautiful, but it appears blurry from YouTube. You get the idea though. :)

From Steven Curtis Chapman's "All I Really Want For Christmas"

All I really want for Christmas is someone to tuck me in
A shoulder to cry on if I lose, shoulders to ride on if I win
There's so much I could ask for, but there's just one thing I need
All I really want for Christmas is a family

All I want for Christmas is someone who'll be here
To sing me happy birthday for the next 100 years
And It's okay if they're not perfect or even if they're a little broken
That's alright, 'Cause so am I

`Cause all I really want for Christmas is someone to tuck me in
Tell me I'll never be alone, someone whose love will never end
Of all that I could ask for, well, there's just one thing I need
All I really want for Christmas is a family

De-Lurking myself here!

I don't remember how I came to your blog but I do know it was through another adoption blog- maybe The Kissack Chronicles???

Love the Christmas video- but I have to ask- WHERE did you get that silver robot? I have a robot fanatic for a son and his 4th birthday is this Saturday. He would flip out for a robot like that-

Call me a softie, but I have to tell you. I had tears in my eyes watching that video. What an awesome gift to have the four of them home for Christmas. God is so good! :)
And their reaction to the presents was PRICELESS!!!

Kelly, hi!

The robot was from Santa, you can contact Jingle, the elf in "robots" at the North Pole. I hear he has the week off though. ;) You might find an awfully similar one at Tin Toy Arcade.com http://www.tintoyarcade.com/tin-robots-aliens-c-34.html

I must warn you it is a bit loud! They have other cute ones on the site as well.

Hi!

I loved the video. Your oldest daughter reacted a bit like our 8 year old girl did. Excited but you can tell they are processing what is happening so much more than the little ones.

I would love to email you and see how your 8 year old is doing in school but I cannot find your email address. Could you please email me at michelleparas01@aol.com. I can't remember if she had been in school in Ukraine or if this is her first experience.

Happy New Year!!!

I can't tell if the video is blurry because of YouTube or because of the tears in my eyes.
I remember last year, when you bought a few toys for the child(ren) you had prayed for but didn't know yet. It's wonderful to see those dreams being real, wonderful children enjoying Christmas morning. Their reactions are priceless. Thank you so much for sharing.

I *love* the matching pajamas, especially the doggie ones!

Blurry from Youtube or all the tears in my eyes watching the joy in your four children on Christmas morning? The joy in your voice was amazing, Krista!

I really enjoy your blog, when I find time to visit!
